  Belinda was born in Jakarta. Where she spent her childhood in Tangerang and moved to Bogor until finished high-school. And then she continue her study in Psychology Faculty of University of Indonesia, Depok.
  She is currently living and working in Jakarta where an E-Commerce business group of Suitmedia, called BukaLapak.com, HijUp.com, Scallope.com resides. With her skills & experiences on recruitment and selection process, organizational and employee development and counseling - she is in charge as HR Specialist of BukaLapak. Her motto is to be a bridge between talent and opportunities.
  She has interests in many topics, but currently focusing on human resource: find and hiring “A” people and developing & empowering them – also as teacher and education conselor of elementary to high school students in Nurul Fikri in order to stay in balance and connected - and also to be an excellent contributor to society.

Previously I worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) whose experience across many industries (Banking, Consumer Goods, IT, Telco, and many other industries). With this skill, I hope to give Suitmedia wider perspectives especially from business point of view when collaborating with clients, especially to make sure each of services gives the best result for clients, either operational or financial performance. In addition, I am supported by strong analytical skills coming from IT and mathematics background.
  
  I am one of Indonesian delegates in one-year student exchange program to South Korea back in 2008, and also Computer Science ITB Graduate with Cumlaude Honor and GPA 4.0.
